is a celebration of nature, movement, sound, community and sculpture.
Meet at 4pm at the House of Glass, where Jinglin Liao will teach and lead Pina Bausch’s Nelkin Line to audiences. We will use this to travel to the Lawn by Tournament Road. In the lawn, surrounded by sculptures by Ramona Apthorp, Kira Doutt, Phillip Farra, Nizette Krebs, we will partake in participatory performances scores by Cody Putman and Wesley Hicks; and listen to the tabla sounds of Sergio Sanchez with Dana Carly.
At 7:30 pm we’ll regroup at the House of Glass, for cryptozoological magic lantern visuals by Melissa Ferrari, and electronic sets by Auraglyph Ensemble; Emmy Jones & Scarlett Perry; Dolly Dirtbag; Lanessa Cherie Long; Birds, Magic, and Lanterns (Melissa Ferrari, Spencer Salazar, Dana Carly)
